The Code of Conduct sets the rules for every employee, board member and contractor on honesty, user privacy, harassment, conflicts of interest, gifts, company assets, spending and signing contracts. You can raise a concern with the external confidant, the People Context Rep, the Luscii Circle Lead or FaceUp, without fear of retaliation.

Below is the Luscii Code of Conduct. It is one of the ways we put our values into practice. We are committed to contribute to a better society through our business. This code describes some guidelines on how to get there.

Who Must Follow Our Code?

We expect all employees and board members to know and follow the Code. Moreover, while the Code is specifically written for employees, we expect contractors, consultants, and others who may be temporarily assigned to perform work for Luscii to follow the Code in connection with their work for us.

What If I Have a Code-Related Question or Concern?

If you have a question or concern, don’t just sit there. You can contact the People Handbook Author. You can also submit a question or raise a concern of a suspected violation to the external confidant, the People Context Rep or the Luscii Circle Lead.

No Retaliation

Everyone should have the freedom to report possible violations of this code, the law, or the policies. Luscii prohibits retaliation against any employee who reports or participates in an investigation of a possible violation of our Code, policies, or the law. If you believe you are being retaliated against, please contact the Luscii Circle Lead or your trusted coach right away.
