If you want to leave, give at least one month’s notice and agree your last day together. Before you go, return your laptop, phone and any lease car. Your final pay, including holiday money, comes the month after you leave.

We understand there could be a life after Luscii

We hope you stay with us for a long time, as long as we are a good fit for each other. But we also understand that there will be a life after Luscii. When you leave, you will get your last payment the month after you have left. This will include open reservations for the holiday money. Other costs that the employee still has to pay (e.g., personal growth budget payments or traffic fines, or costs for not returning laptop or phone) will also be taken into account. In the UK, your notice period and final pay follow your Oyster contract.

Before you leave, you have to give back any hardware (typically laptop and phone) that you got from Luscii and your lease car at the appropriate roles. They will register the return.

At least one month before you want to leave, tell the circle lead of each circle you’re in, so they can find someone for your roles, and the People & Paper Guru. Together with the People & Paper Guru, you decide which day will be your last (depending on whether you want to use your left-over vacation days; otherwise it is 30 days after your resignation). We encourage you to communicate that you are leaving yourself, especially with your team members, but preferably it would be great if you can also share it with the rest of the company. For the people staying behind, a team member leaving is always a sad and disruptive experience. So to make the experience a bit less sad, we would also love to throw you a goodbye party. 🎉 We do understand that not everyone wants this. You can communicate your preferences with our offboarder.
