At Luscii, our Assemblii’s are more than just gatherings; they are the pulse of our community and culture. These events bring us together to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the diversity and strength of our team. Below, we outline the importance, structure, and guiding principles of our Assemblii, ensuring every Lusciian understands their value and role in making them a success.

The Importance of Luscii Assemblii

Our Assemblii’s are vital for fostering a sense of belonging and alignment within Luscii. They are designed to:

• Mingle and Connect: Strengthen relationships by creating opportunities to interact with colleagues across different teams and circles.
• Celebrate Diversity: Embrace and celebrate the different personalities and backgrounds that make Luscii unique.
• Encourage Collaboration: Build trust and synergy through shared experiences and open communication.
• Shape Our Culture: Provide space to live and reinforce our core values, creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace.

These gatherings are foundational to our culture, providing a platform for every Lusciian to feel heard, seen, and appreciated.

Rules and attendance (for everyone)

To uphold the spirit of Luscii, active participation in Assemblii is expected from everyone.

• We have 12 Assemblii a year. Six are together in the Netherlands, including the Summer and Winter events and Christmas, and six are split so the UK can meet locally. Germany has one German Assemblii a year.
• You attend at least 8 of our 12 Assemblii a year and don’t miss two in a row.
• No single event is compulsory, Summer and Winter count like any other.
